A Prayer for Family
Heavenly Father, thank You for my family. Bless each person You have placed in my life. Protect us, especially those who are far away, struggling, sick or afraid. Where there is tension, give us patience. Where there is hurt, teach us to forgive. Where someone feels alone, help us notice. Make our home a place of prayer, truth, welcome and love. Keep us close to Jesus, and help us lead one another toward You. Amen.

It can be prayed at home, before sleep, during family difficulties, when relatives are separated by distance or as part of regular family prayer.
Meaning
What the words mean
